Go to them only if you have nothing to do in life. They won't value your time. Simple wheel balancing and alignment would easily take more than 3 hours. It's because people working there are over worked. There is only 1 guy who is doing alignment in all the cars and the helpers are so slow that they will easily take 30 minutes just to open the tyres. Just a suggestion to the owners of the shop - Though your work is good but atleast value the time of customers. You really need to hire some more staff and should focus on time management.
