Customer service at its best !
I blew a tire driving on the highway today and needed a replacement immediately. Found them on Google , was skeptical but however called them at around 0730 pm , they asked me to get there asap so that they can help.
To my surprise, they trusted my word and had their entire team waiting there for me even though they close normally by 0730, I got there at around 8 , they quickly got to work got and replaced my blown tire in almost less than 15 mins ! My alignment was screwed as I had hit a pot hole when I blew the tire...it took almost 30 mins for them to get it straightened out. Almost 4-5 employees were working on it and none were grouchy (it's normal for a person to get grouchy when asked to work after work hours) and were working with a smile on their face !
Even though I knew they charged me a little over what it would have costed me elsewhere their customer service is worth the experience...every employee is a sales person there trying to get to me to buy other services from them not in an annoying way, but very friendly ! Loved the experience!
Whoever the owner is ! You've built an amazing team , use them to train the others !
Btw the alignment might be still screwed up but I know for a fact they would get it rectified with a smile on their face !
Go anand tyres ! Teach others what customer service is all about !
