HONEST REVIEW PLEASE READ! I myself belong to Pune, but recently I came over a place called Karad (my native) and I faced air leakage issue on my MS Celerio ZXI AMT which had 165 70 R14 dimension of tires. I decided to change all of my car tyres except the extra which is good condition. Just like I always do, I went through many brand official websites, contact their customer care, saw too many dealers, but this place has got 4.5 Star rating with good reviews. So I was sure that if I want to purchase I will do it from here. Then with car I got MRF tires, but I went for BRIDGESTONE as it has a good quality compared to any other brands. I visited Kolhapur, it took me around 1 hour from Karad, as soon as I visited this place and parked my vehicle, a worker came to me asking how do they help me with. He was very kind, his name was PRALAAD and helped me to choose tyre. He suggested me STURDO as their B290 model is discontinued. On call before the day I visited them they told me that it will cost around 3800rs/tyre but PRALAAD told me it's 3850rs/tyre. I tried to bargain but later I was ok with the price. I hardly trust on any shops here as they tend to upsell you but didn't felt here at this shop hence I didn't do much and accepted the price, after all I was purchasing a BRIDGESTONE product. These guys are professional enough to understand that our vehicle is valuable. They handled my vehicle respectfully. I didn't expect this, as MS Celerio is just a 5 lakh car but they didn't do that. They have maintained their quality by respecting to customers and the vehicles. They started changing tyres and replacing new ones. In between I was asking my queries and they all were very polite and suggestive. They took my keys, done with wheel balance and done with alignment, cleaning of tires, a round to check, and they gave my key back saying - we are done. The bill was round up as 15,805rs which was (3850rs X 4 tyres = 15,400rs, valves 125rs mrp but they sell as 80rs X 4 valves=320rs, weights required for balancing 85gms which is 1rs per 1gm that turns 85rs). They also have Nitrogen for 30rs per tyre but we opted for normal air as Nitrogen is not available everywhere hence it's hard to get in emergency situation. Such a peaceful place to happy your car. Plus excellent services and they also maintain their devices used there, see images. Conclusion : At the end I will say, it's not just the brand/product you purchasing, it's about the service which you get too. Their cashier/office person needs to be more attentive and talkative as he seemed to be an introvert. Didn't spoke a word, we only had communication with workers there, it seemed like it's the workers who are running the place and the office person is there to take money and give bill. Please improve! Also I found a scratch on my vehicle which was not before, maybe a mistake but it hurts! I liked they provided a small tissue as a bye bye gift ❤️ PHOTOS ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE.
