I recently purchased Bridgestone tyres and was quite satisfied with the product quality. The staff provided excellent service, behaving professionally and assisting me well throughout the process. The overall buying experience was smooth.
However, there were some concerns regarding billing transparency. I was charged ₹1,275 for wheel balancing and alignment, but no proper bill was provided for this amount. Additionally, a 2% extra charge was imposed for card payment, which was also not included in the bill. These hidden charges are unfair and should be addressed.
While the tyre and service were good, improving transparency in billing and eliminating these extra charges would make the experience much better.
