I own a Wagon R Vxi. Having driven close to 116000 KM, it was time to replace my old tyres. I narrowed down my research to either Michelin XM2 or Bridgestone B290. I made calls to both Michelin and Bridgestone dealers . Response from Mr. Nithin Devaraju, MD Sangeetha Tyres convinced me to pay a visit to them. He answered all my questions over the phone, including availability of stocks, labour charges, card processing fee. (At the end he waived of all the labour charges)
A note on Sangeetha Tyres: Dealer / Service center is located on NH 44 highway. Very large area (obviously for servicing trucks as well) well maintained, professional quality tools and services. Dedicated workforce for passenger cars and trucks and buses
My car was serviced by technician Mr. Manjunath. The way he handled my mag alloy wheels speaks volumes about his dedication to work. Patiently answered all my queries regarding balancing, alignment, tyre maintenance. I was happy to see and experience the professional knowledge.
Oh by the way, I settled for Bridgestone B290.
Apart from tyres, they offer host of other services such as nitrogen filling, AC gas filling, vehicle insurance and de-carbonization.
I overall had a pleasant experience.
