So I just bought a tyre here. When I asked to inflate the tyre with Nitrogen, the staff started demanding Money. I requested for a small favour since I bought the tyre. The staff started arguing. I called owner and requested for a small favour. Owner said, “If I wanted to sell tyre I can set up a 10*10 shop. And you have to pay for Nitrigen.”
I mean the matter was of complementary Nitrogen. There was no need to get rude.

My tyre got burst while traveling from Pune to Murudeshwar near belgavi, I went to this shop which was nearest to me, got tyre replacement within 15 minutes within warrenty, owner Mr. Chandrashekhar ( lotus the car shop) is very kind and cooperative.. got selfie with owner

My tyre blew up while i was travelling to Belagavi. As the tyre was in warranty next day i had searched for the nearest Bridgestone select. The first dealer i visited told him about the tyre issue and informed that i will be the city only for 2 days and asked for replacement, he straight away told it will take around take 10 days as the depot is in hubli and asked me get it replaced by my original dealer in Pune. After that i called up lotus office who is also Bridgestone select dealer and he asked me visit. He explained me how it works, did his inspection and within 45 minutes i got the tyre replaced. I would surely recommend traveller or localities to reach Lotus the car shop incase any emergency or need new tyre. They will explain, guide and help.

I Loved the interaction with the Dealer as he is a calm person. He is a sweet guy😜. He has immense amount of knowledge in the Autombile Industry specially with Tyres as it is his Primary Business now. Every information he provided about the tyre is has stuck inside my brain which will never get erased.
Please visit his shop to buy tyres though he is bit expensive compared to other dealers around. Most importantly, listen to him and have patience while purchasing and getting the tyres serviced.
His service is just REMARKABLE!!!!

It’s one of the best tyre services. Owner has very friendly and eagerly help to resolve the issue. Recently I replaced my damage tyre under warranty claim but he did it on spot without any time taken only we have to bare 40% amount as per policy+ 500extra
