I recently got my car tyres change jai Tyres, opting for Michelin tyres, and the overall experience was excellent! The staff was friendly, professional, and well-informed. They were clear and transparent with fixed charges, and the work was done smoothly and efficiently.
The shop also has a clean and comfortable customer seating area, which is a big plus — you can wait there while your car is being serviced. However, I did notice that there was no one available to offer water or tea during the wait. I think this is a small but important aspect the management could consider improving to make the experience even better.
