The manager was extremely rude and unwilling to offer even a ₹50 discount, despite changing 3 or 4 tyres. This feedback isn't about receiving bad service, but purely about her unpleasant attitude. She was unapproachable and dismissive, even after we showed price comparisons from other Bridgestone outlets. Her response was blunt: "If you're interested, take it. If not, go elsewhere and get the tyres. The credit card 2.5% interest they charge .
However, I must appreciate the workers — they were very polite and delivered excellent service, exactly as expected.
Also, alignment charges are not waived even with tyre replacement, which is disappointing. Overall, the experience was marred by the manager's unprofessional behaviour and attitude.
