Hi, Went for the first time, very friendly approach.. Technician John was a veteran on his job. Answered my questions patiently though I went by 7 pm.. despite being tired.. done wheel balancing, rotation & alignment. Even asked me to get a pkt of grease to lubricate inside the alloy wheel which refused to come out being first time removal from a new vehicle,12k odo. Alloy was sticking on to hub. He carefully hammered tyres without hitting alloys(imagine what if u faced a puncture on a deserted highway& wheel refuse to come out!! Omg). Even removed all the dirts and small pieces of rocks/jelly on the wheel before doing wheel balancing. Amused by the level of knowledge and even shown me how balancing is done including pasting of 5/10 gram weights.. also explained me the wheel alignment technique..approach John .. 10/10 for their service…+ a free visit also on offer …

Recently changed my Ertiga VXI's tyres at this place.. Got Bridgestone Turanza T005A model.. Overall service took around 1 hour and was good.. Wheel alignment was done free of charge for replacing 4 tyres.. Wheel balancing was charged separately along with the valves (depending on which one we choose). Additional of 2% on invoice amount was being charged for use of Credit/Debit card.
