I recently got my car's tires changed at this Bridgestone dealer located conveniently on the main road, which makes access quite easy. I opted for the Sturdo tires, and the pricing was reasonable compared to market rates. The owner, Mr. Vikar, provided all the basic information clearly and was helpful during the tire selection process.
However, I would recommend this place only for tire replacement. Their wheel alignment and balancing services are not up to the mark. My car’s alignment was perfectly fine before the visit, but after their calibration, it got disturbed. Their machines seem poorly calibrated, and during wheel balancing, they don’t remove stones or take the necessary care — everything is done in a hurry.
I understand they have a high workflow due to their prime location, but basic checks should not be compromised. They also lack clarity on alignment parameters like toe-in/out, caster, and camber — although they can adjust toe settings only.
If you raise concerns post-service, they tend to blame the vehicle rather than acknowledging any fault in their process.
