Incredible service by MR. Prithvi and his team. I was a walk in customer who needed to get tyres for my Thar. Have visited 5-6 tyre stores before visiting Balaji Tyres but none of them had the stock and was said they do not maintain rare tyre types in stock and will only be ordered if advance is paid but to my surprise Sri Balaji Tyre Zone had them in stock in Yokohama. I got them right away with the best price.

Had wobbling in my car, went to Balaji Tyre Zone, they checked all tyres including back up wheel. Identified bulge in 1 wheel, made wheel rotation, Wheel balancing and alignment using latest equipment. Excellent customer care and quick response. I will buy new tyres shortly.
