I went to Arul store today while I was returning to Chennai from Madurai as my VW Virtus had steering vibration at high speeds.
The staff of Arul store were so polite and attended the problem immediately. The lady staff in reception and billing were so well behaved.
Did wheel balancing and alignment .Arul store technicians were very knowledgable and more than that very sincere in their work. They patiently did the work without any hurry and I was also happy to see that they removed all the small stones struck in all 4 tyres before balancing it. I have never seen such a sincere work in my so many years of experience and can surely say that no shop in Chennai does such a good job.
Also the charges were very nominal:
I drove my car from Perambalur to Chennai and did not have any problem of steering vibration now . So satisfied .

Nice experience, though show room is closed, I got timely help from them and got my damaged tyre replaced. Workers are so cooperative and well skilled and the sales executive is very responsive even for non business hours.
