May be improved :-
1. I couldn’t find water for customers
2. One more fan may be provided in the reception
3. During summer time , A/C may be switched on for the comfort of the customers .
4. Tea or some drinks may be provided for the customers .

This is the best tyre shop I have ever come across . At 7 pm on 11th Jan 2024 , on my way from chennai to kochi , I was stuck with a busted tyre 40 kms from Salem and I happened to call this tyre shop. The shop immediately send Mr. dinesh and another person all the way with a new tire and replaced my tyre at a local shop they found nearby where my car was stuck and got me back on the road . The courtesy and the helpful nature of mr dinesh and the team leader of this shop is commendable . I have never came across any shop who took so much effort to help me and my family at such dire straits . They even called me up the next day to make sure I reached kochi safely . This kind of customer service is beyond comparison . There were other shops which I called too and none showed the kind of service this shop provided . Hats off to you and your staff .
