Had a quite mixed experience, but would still give them 5 stars. I had called them about a set of motorcycle tires and got a quote that was less than the market rate. I went the next day, and was told the market rate. Upon informing them about the price that I was offered over call, they were taken back and had to go over their CRM and verify the price. Turned out to an employee mistake, and most places would have apologized for the mistake, put the blame on the employee, and instead offer a paltry discount over the market rate as a consolation. But they didn't, and I'm quite happy they did. First experience with them turned out to a good lesson in customer service.
On the other hand, I was told twice that they had the tires in stock at that specific outlet, only for me to be told upon arrival that it wasn't, and they asked me to wait for 10m to get it. Ended up waiting for 45m, and truth be told, if I was told the right time in the beginning, I'd have chosen to come back the next day.
You win some, you lose some, I guess.

Got the Tyres at best price but they charged more for the tubeless tyre valves (1:5) and charged excess for the weights (keep a note on the weights how much they have used in grams) while Tyre balancing. They recover the amount in service, which was given in sales.

I recently replaced my Himalayan 450's tyres with OEM CEAT tyres at this outlet, running them for 14,000km beforehand.
The process was smooth and efficient, taking only about an hour to complete. I recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure a seamless experience.
The total cost came out to be ₹6,500 for the tyres and ₹300 for installation.
