At the time of purchase, I was assured that in case of a tyre burst, the tyre would be replaced without any hassle. Unfortunately, after driving about 150 km, my rear-right tyre burst due to a bad road. I used the spare tyre and reached Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), where I searched for an official Bridgestone Select outlet. I first visited Bridgestone Select – Shri Rupana Trading Company, Pandharpur, but they redirected me to another store 16 km away, promising replacement. However, after reaching there, I was told the tyre was not available and was given unnecessary excuses. Feeling stuck, I contacted Bridgestone Select – Rajendra Tyre Services. Over the phone, Rajendra ji assured me, “Come here, we will do whatever possible.” True to his word, once I reached his store: He immediately attended my case Replaced the tyre on priority Asked no unnecessary questions Followed all standard procedures Issued a new warranty card His understanding of my situation, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference.
