I want to share my genuine experience with Jai Tyres.
I own a Kia Seltos, and shockingly, all four tyres were completely worn out at just 17,000 km. When I approached the service center multiple times, they kept saying there was no issue. I wasn’t satisfied, so I decided to visit Jai Tyres for an expert opinion.
The person there immediately inspected the vehicle and clearly told me, “Sir, your shocker is bent.” After a proper examination, it was confirmed. With their alignment and balancing report in hand, I went back to the service center and firmly insisted on a detailed inspection. Eventually, they replaced the shocker under warranty.
