First of all, I would like to appreciate the owner and the lady staff for their very polite behaviour, quick response, and excellent customer handling. Their dedication towards customers was clearly visible, which truly reflects professionalism and creates a positive experience.
The tyre fitment and installation process was also very good. The team properly guided me throughout the installation and explained everything clearly, which was reassuring as a customer.
However, there were a few drawbacks. Being an authorised store, charging additional fees on credit card transactions does not seem justified. In most company-based authorised outlets, extra credit card charges are usually not applied, but here I was charged additionally, which could be improved.
Also, since I got all four tyres installed, wheel balancing along with wheel alignment should ideally have been provided as complimentary service to enhance customer satisfaction.
One additional suggestion — as this is a Bridgestone Select outlet, if the workers wear Bridgestone Select uniforms, it would further enhance professionalism and reflect stronger brand responsibility.
Overall, the experience was good, and with a few improvements, this outlet can become even better.
